Coachbroker provides access to a diverse range of professional executive coaches. These professional coaches represent high levels of coaching expertise and encompass a range of specialisation and experience.

In this way, we provide for differing levels of client need. Our clients can customise their search criteria in the Coachbroker™ system to locate the coaches of 'best fit' for their organisational need. If a client requires a coach with a unique specialty or particular experience, our Director of Coaching works with them personally to locate that coach.

All Coachbroker coaches have been qualified for entry into our unique service offer. So clients can feel secure that our coaches will reliably and confidentially deliver a credible performance.

Coaches are independent contractors to Coachbroker, having agreed to all terms and conditions and signed the Coachbroker service agreement. Insurance coverage (professional indemnity and public liability) is mandatory. For each coach to remain in the coach pool, they must provide Coachbroker with their policy details and renewal dates.

Coaches connected to organisations through panels or historical relationships can be introduced to the Coachbroker pool so future coaching is contained within the one comprehensive system. However, referred coaches must apply to, and be accepted by, Coachbroker before becoming eligible for selection from the pool.
