Coachbroker International is committed to building a global network where corporate clients can source coaches and manage coaching programs across their international operations.

We are looking to expand Coachbroker operations throughout a number of countries during 2008, with the following timetable:

• Australia - in full operation, and coaches are invited to apply immediately to become activated for client search and selection.
• United Kingdom - coach applications are being invited in preparation of corporate client sign-up and contracts expected mid 2008.
• New Zealand - coach applications are being invited in preparation of corporate client sign-up and contracts expected mid 2008.
• Coaches outside these countries are invited to apply to the International Pool, which is available for clients to contract engagements for local or international (telephone) coaching. Corporate client sign-up and contracts are expected to be active by mid 2008.

There is no application fee to join our International, UK and NZ services, although this may change in the future. The individual application fee to join the Australian pool is A$250.00.

Once you meet our coach application criteria, you will be available for selection when Coachbroker clients search for a coach based in your country. The coaching service may be via telephone or face to face if the coachee is located in your city of residence.

We have identified the application criteria in consultation with internationally recognised training and accreditation organisations and in response to standards requested by transnational clients wishing to use the Coachbroker service.

The three stage process is summarised below, but we recommend you read the full process description within the attached document (accessible from the "Download" link).

Stage 1. At this initial stage, you are presented with general entry criteria to confirm and complete online.

Stage 2. At this stage, you must provide your résumé, coachee referees and other support data / documents. And you can start building your profile within the system, which becomes your main selling tool with future clients.

The Director of Coaching interviews each coach applicant at the end of this stage to discuss assessment and coaching practice, and to gain a full understanding of your coaching process and background. You will likely be asked to discuss case studies and examples of your work.

Stage 3. This stage involves sign-off formalities, including contracts and agreement on ethics. Coachbroker will review your profile and ensure all necessary information is present and correct before triggering the "activation" process.

Coach activation. New coaches are introduced to the business and service activities and the continuing education, feedback and supervisory services provided to all coaches within the pool. Importantly, the Coachbroker™ system provides information on current client contracts for which you may be eligible to apply for selection by the client / coachee.
