Matching coaches with clients

After a corporate client has signed a master agreement with Coachbroker, the system generates a client username and password to facilitate entry into the client-specific section of the confidential portal. We provide executive coachees with a password once their organisation accepts them into a coaching program.

The client administrator will set up each coachee program and may place filters in the system at both the corporate level and the individual coachee program level. These filters may cover coach experience, program fee and minimum insurance cover, as well as coach qualification, associations and industry experience.

Coachees enter the system to start selecting a coach simply by reviewing the coach profiles that meet both the organisation filters and the program filters set by the client administrator. They are then presented with a choice of up to three coaches at a time, and they can shortlist coaches for interview or replace coaches to seek a more appropriate personal fit. The system provides a summary and photo of each coach with a full profile attached.

The coachee can request a 'no obligation' meeting with two coaches of choice (coach shortlisting). After interviewing the shortlisted coaches, the coachee re-enters the site to record their choice (coach selection). This triggers the system to send an advice and contract to the client administrator.

As with any executive coaching program, the coach, the coachee and the manager need to meet to ensure expectations are tabled and the terms of the contract are clear (particularly the confidentiality relationship).

Once the client approves the contractual agreement (online approval), the coach has the final approval to accept the contract (online). Following approval, the system sends the program agreement to all parties.

The coaching program then commences, with the coach choosing and managing the timetable and content.
