Coachbroker is a tailored executive coaching service for national organisations and corporations.

We facilitate structured one-on-one coaching programs (whether face-to-face coaching, telephone coaching or a combination of the two) for senior executives in the top three tiers. Each program is unique and focused on the client's specifications and the coachee's needs.

A standard Coachbroker program comprises 15 one-hour sessions provided over four to six months, depending on coach and coachee progress and agreement. We also offer a short program of 10 sessions, but we advise using this program only if it is evident that a short term intervention will deliver the results required.

Extension programs of five sessions can be added to either program if the client actions the change before the end of the contracted period.
